Day Hike to the top of Ward Mountain in the Bitterroot Selway Wilderness of Montana. October 8th, 2008...this was a great hike climbing 5.83 Miles to the summit at 9150 elevation. There is an old lookout, long since gone on the top, remnants of the foundation can be seen.
